Buried Treasure Cake

2 - Pkgs of Orange Jell-O
1 1/2 cups - Boiling water
1 L - Vanilla Ice Cream
1 cup - Orange Juice
1 - Angel Food Cake
*Take ice cream out 1/2 hour before starting

This dessert needs to be made a day in advance to allow time for it to set
up. For the Angel food Cake you can use a store bought angle food cake or
make your own either way have the cake prepared before preparing the
orange mixture.

Orange Mixtu
In a dipper bring water to a boil. Once boiling remove from heat and
dissolve jell-o powder in the water. When Jell-O has dissolved melt the
vanilla ice cream and add the orange juice.

Cut the Angel food cake into pieces. Grease a Funnel Cake pan and pour 1/2
the orange mixture into the pan and cover with cake pieces. Pour remaining
orange mixture over the cake pieces.

Place in the freezer overnight and allow to set. Remove from pan the next
day when ready to serve. Cake can be garnished with fresh mandarin oranges
and dream whip/cool whip.
