Anyone have a favorite bread pudding recipe? Any healthy ones.. too? Organic
or with free range eggs ??
My daughter makes fun shaped sandwiches for her son, and there is so much
waste to the bread, we were thinking of what to do with it all, besides
croutons and bread crumbs. Any idea will be appreciated.

Years ago when I was in high school cooking class we made somekind of hamburger
and onion soup mixture then spread it on french bread and baked it. Does anyone
else remember this and remember the ingredients? I remember it as really good
and want to try it again.
