Spanish Pork Chops
4 pork chops 1 pkg.rice a roni spanish rice 2 Tbls.butter 2 1/4 cup water 1 14oz can diced tomatoes undrained. In skillet brown chops,set aside.In same skillet saute rice in butter till brown.Stir in water,tomatoes,season pkg.,bring to boil,cover,reduce,simmer 10 mins.Add chops,cover,simmer till rice is done and chops are done. -- Rec.food.recipes is moderated by Patricia Hill at .
