Cottage Shells N Spinach

7 oz. pkg. small shell pasta; uncooked
10 oz. frozen chopped spinach; thawed, drained
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup cherry tomatoes; halved
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup finely chopped red onion

Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain. Combine
remaining ingredients; toss with warm pasta.
