Slider Stuffing
Cooking Giblets >From Thea This is the easiest and I think best way to make stuffing. Because it cuts the Turkey cooking time! Make your stuffing, whatever recipe you prefer. We use an Italian Sausage recipe. Put it in a baking dish. Once the Turkey begins to cook and the juices are flowing, pour some of this liquid over the stuffing, toss to mix. Bake (with the Turkey) for 30 - 45 minutes, basting whenever, basting the Turkey to keep the stuffing moist. Cooking Giblets. We make a broth with them. Boil them in about enough water to cover generously, but don't over do it, with chopped celery, chopped onion, salt and pepper to taste. This broth becomes the base for the giblet gravy, along with some drippings from the Turkey. -- Rec.food.recipes is moderated by Patricia Hill at .
