Hello,

Does anyone know how long raw egg keeps once taken out of the shell?
I use a teaspoon of egg yolk mixed with a little egg white - for
mixing with meats to make homemade cat food recipes, and try to keep
remaining egg in a small bowl sealed from air with food wrap, but
unsure whether this is satisfactory.
