Cascarones

An apt question since this is Fiesta Week in San Antonio, and it's
hard to go much of anywhere in town without either seeing or getting
whacked by cascarones!

I started to write a description of how to make them, then decided to
do a search. This one looks good:

Brake the eggshell in one end of the egg, the pointy one is the best,
just a little and the like a boiled egg remove piece by piece and make
a hole 1.5 cm. or 2 cm. diameter. remove the yolk and egg, rinse and
dry.

Fil it with confetti with a funnel or make a cone with a piece of
newspaper. Seal with tissue paper and dacorate as you wish.
