Default Caldo de Res

Caldo de Res

Ingredientes:
27 tazas de agua (that can't be right!)
3 tazas de retazo con hueso en trozos
2 elotes partidos en tres piezas
2 zanahorias pelados y partidas en tres piezas
1 chayote pelado y partido en seis pedazos
6 ejotes
1 rama de cilantro
1 rama de hierbabuena
1/4 de pieza de col chica
3 calabacitas partidas en dos
1 taza de garbanzos remojados
2 cubos de caldo de pollo

Preparacion:
En una olla con el agua, cueza la carne junto con los elotes.

Cuando el carne este suave añada el resto de los ingredientes y deje
hasta quela verdura se cueza.

Sirva caliente.
