Default Cutting cheese

:: Cross-posting noticed in original post ::

For hard cheeses like cheddar, I use a "piano wire" cheese cutter or a
small, sharp knife.

For soft cheeses like brie or cream cheese, I sometimes use dental floss
or a small, sharp knife.
