Default Dinner tonight

I brought a Southern dinner to work tonight:

Collard greens
Ham
Cornbread
Watermelon (I put salt on it)
Nehi peach soda

I thought about making beans & rice to go along with it, but wasn't
motivated to do it early enough.

I roasted a couple chickens last night to carry me through the next few
workdays. One of them was stuffed under the skin with bread cubes, garlic,
parsley, and lemon zest. It also had about ten cloves of very fresh and
strong garlic roasted in its body cavity. The other chicken was stuffed
under the skin with chopped chipotles in adobo and thin slices of Valencia
orange. Its body cavity was stuffed loosely with a mixture of bread cubes,
chopped orange, and chili powder. It was glazed with a mixture of
tangerine-orange juice and honey. (About a third of that chicken didn't make
it through the night last night.)
