Rhubarb Cream Cheese Pie

Amount Measure Ingredient Preparation Method
10 " pie shell
4 cups rhubarb diced
1 cup sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. water

Topping
2 eggs
3/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup sugar
1 package cream cheese (8 oz.) softened

Combine rhubarb, sugar, cornstarch, salt, and water; cook until thick.
Pour into unbaked pie shell. Combine topping ingredients, pour over
rhubarb and bake at 350 40-45 minutes. Believe Alice said not to let it
get too brown.
