Default The only thing better than a yummy lunch...

....is a yummy lunch someone else makes.

We found London Broil (ObCrossthread) for $2.25 a pound last week, and
I portioned it into 4-oz steaks and froze it. Today, James made
lunch. He cut slits in the thawed steaks and put slivers of garlic in
them, then seared and cooked them until they were perfectly rare. He
also made cornbread croutons for a mixed-greens-and-peppers salad, and
served it all with good French bread and sauteed onions. Oh, my. So
good, and I'm not really much of a steak person.

And right now, he's doing the dishes. I'm in heaven.
