![]() Anyone familiar with lupini? I've been making them for many years. Recently some friends offered suggestions for added flavor: A touch of pepper and vinegar. I added both to the final product, and agree that it is a nice touch. I am wondering if adding the vinegar to the whole marinade process would have a negative impact on the salt absorbtion. Any comments? Thanks, MK |
