The base was filled jus below max like usual the water was comin up into the food should i have used less water for only 1 tray in place instead of the usual 3. In the end I had to put in an empty tray to take the food out of the bubblin up water an mop up the mess What am I doin wrong ??????? I await your exalted comments with the usual awe and marvel. I doubt that 1.5 inches of water is going to evaporate in 10 minutes. If you want a little insurance during the process, keep a pot of extra water boiling on another burner, so you can add more to the steamer if necessary. |
