[new topic - my second "new" topic for today]
Ok, go into restaurant of your choice. Order something that you haven't made at home but something that rather strikes your fancy. How good are you at figuring out what is in the dish? Can you discern the different spices and ingredients? I was told by a very experienced cook that no one ingredient as far as spices should hit you in the face. For that reason there should be a melding of spices and herbs with no one component saying "here I am". I use that advice when judging a new to me restaurant. Still trying to figure out the ingredients in these types of dishes is really a game. I've come up with some very good recipes this way. Anyone else do this? -- Theft of someone's digital images is copyright infringement contrary to DMCA of 1998. A two faced thief in rfc steals others digital images for harassment. Sarah Bennett, another rfc thief is worse. She steals pics then tries to sell them as her own. Some here condone this behaviour. Shame on you! |
