Default Yay

This weekend I made a beef brisket for my brother and I.

I bought a 6qt-Cuisinart dutch oven a week ago, and bought all the
ingredients the morning of, and I picked up the 3 lb point cut the
night before.

I subbed a sweet red wine in for the dry wine, and I just used regular
thyme instead of the "4 sprigs of thyme" that the recipe asked for.
And.. voila! Yummy!

So far so good.. and I haven't touched video games for 2 weeks.

congrats....both on the successful cooking, and your progress at
leaving the video games behind.
