Why don't you email him privately? http://www.heartmdphd.com/ac.asp

He's been changing the email address in his newsreader daily lately so he
can't be blocked. Public appeals only encourage more postings.

He's in several other groups too and always upsets people. He seems to be a
lonesome sad kinda guy who has too much time on his hands and no people
skills. I blocked him ages ago in the diabetes groups and it looks like I'll
have to do the same here. Just set your spam block software to block
anything
coming in from @heartmdphd.com. That should catch all of his aliases

I don't know how to post URLs to other posts on other groups, but if
you go to misc.legal and do a search for "NYU Medical Center ~ YOU SUCK
~ !!!!!" you will see tons of posts by her. She has some kind of gruge
against NYU Medical Center.

She would be a perfect match-up with "Dr. Chung."

Dr. Chung can you go help her???? ; )

Perhaps our appeals to end his unrelated intrusions is to appeal to
Google to shut him down.
Start a petition perhaps... surely he's breaking some agreement term
of use. Kev

What he is doing can be construed as "spamming" (even though it's not
commercial), this is forbidden by Google's TOS. So yeah, report him...

I kill him 10 times in a day but he re-grow like a mushroom DD
I propose one thing. Why don't we go to their NG to speak of our cooking?

Only problem with reporting him is he'll run off to Fox News
screaming, "christian persecution! christian persecution!!"

No sense in taking it out on anyone other than Chung. I imagine
everyone in every ng he goes to is as upset as we are.

LOFL! Expect one of two responses, if at all:

1) Sorry if the truth bothers you.
2) Ouch. You may have at the other cheek.

Since this quack fraud is doing nothing "illegal", all you can do is
killfile him. For a day. Until he changes his addy. AGAIN.

Depends on how you use your filters. I haven't had any problem
eliminating him. Every trolls/spammers who change their addy daily tend
to be consistent on something you can use to filter.

Or hire a thug to smash both of his hands with a bludgeon.
Smash them so thoroughly that he wouldn't even be able to wipe his own
ass.
I wonder if anyone has ever physically assaulted a spammer for their
spamming.
If someone were to be kind enough to give him a few minutes to make
sure that he's in a state of grace, why should he mind that much having
his brains blown out by a high caliber pistol? I mean, he'd be in a
better place, right?
All the kings horses...wait...I know why Humpty Dumpty never got put
back together. He was an egg, right? OK, so you've got something
delicate like an eggshell to repair. You don't let a horse try to do
it. Horses have hooves. The king's men should not have let the horses
"help."
