Caramel Fondue Recipe By :Better Homes and Gardens Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : desserts fondue Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 14 ounces vanilla caramels 1/3 cup water dash salt Combine caramels and water in top of a double boiler; melt over hot water, stirring frequently. Add salt. Pour sauce into fondue pot; place over fondue burner. (If mixture is too thick, stir in a little water.) Spear dipper with fondue fork; dip in fondue.
