Default different meat cuts for what?

Another question. I always seem to forget what to do with each cut of meat.
I think I need a list of different cuts and the best way to cook each. Can
anyone point me in the right direction, or do you have a good list.

Here are a couple of pretty comprehensive sites:

<http://www.mealsforyou.com/cgi-bin/customize?meatcutsTOC.html>
and
<http://animalscience.unl.edu/meats/id/>

And here is one for British cuts, which would probably apply to
Australia as well:
