Default Baby Back Rib Q?

Can somebody explain something to me about ribs? On a decent sale, I can
buy a slab of baby-back ribs for $3-4 per pound. Occasionally, our local
grocer will sell "pork loin back ribs-boneless" and I can buy those on sale
for $1.48#. Is this the same thing without the bone?
