Would your rhubarb custard cake work with canned, drained peaches?
Less most of the sugar in the recipe, since canned peaches are mostly
sweet in a syrup. Any thoughts???? Thanks ....Sharon

I don't know.
My thought is that it would be sweeter than I would like. YMMV.

No, I think back around the time I first posted it, it was roundly
ignored. I still have no idea why there was so much freakin' interest
two or three or four years later. :-)

Why wouldn't you just try it. If you hate it, put it in the trash. You
would be out less than 5 bucks and about 30 minutes of time.
