Hello Shaun
Yes, 'Hot Headz' was company where I saw the hot extract based stuff . I looked up Skylark Trading Ltd, but there website is currently under construction (www.skylarktrading.com/). However, I also looked up 'Pain is Good' and found that it is made by a company called 'Original Juan Speciality Foods' (http://www.originaljuan.com/). Do you know what batch number the one you tried was? Also, as per another poster recommendation, Marie Sharp's sauces seem to be pretty good also (although I haven't had much time to look into them properly) and I will also have to try them out (http://tinyurl.com/abkaj).
