Default Brazilian Lemonade

I went to a brazilian barbecue restaurant a few weeks ago, and they
served the most wonderful "brazilian lemonade". This was not alcoholic
- it just looked and tasted like milk and lemonade. But I haven't been
able to find a recipe, and just mixing milk and lemonade is not the
same.

Does anyone know how to make this?

INGREDIENTS:
2 lemons
1/2 cup sugar
3 tbs condensed milk
3 cups water
Ice

PREPARATION:
Slice off the ends of the lemons, then cut into wedges. Put lemon and the
other ingredients in a blender and blend until liquified. Strain out pieces
of rind and seeds, and serve over ice

That sounds yummy. I think I'll try it.

I don't have a blender though. Do you think it would work just as well with
lemon juice, and everything just beaten together?
