Default Calphalon Commerical vs. Calphalon One

Does anyone have any experience with both products? I have sent in 2
pans of my Commericial for replacement and the guy at the dept. store
said it would be replaced with Calphalon One since they don't make
Commercial any more. I am wondering if the One performs the same - it
seems thinner and not as substantial to me.

TIA,
-L.

I cannot speak with experience to Calphalon "One," but all of the Commercial
brand I bought has been relegated to 'almost permanent' storage because it
sticks horribly (for me). The set of Calphalon-type (professional - Kirkland
brand) does not stick at all. I too noted the difference in weight of the
Commercial, althou my purchased Kirkland brand is not light/thin. Perhaps
you might be happy with the replacement; if it doesn't cost anything, try
it; if they aren't going to replace it otherwise than Commercial, what
'other' choice do you have is the big question.
