Default Wagyu beef revisited

I posted recently about an experience with wagyu beef being really good but
not as special as I expected for $75 a pound. I wrote the supplier (Allen
Brothers) and mentioned the experience, asking if I should have cooked it
differently. The result? A full refund, un-asked for. Now that's good
service! With their prices it's appropriate, but still nice.
