Default Chef's Choice Knife Sharpener?

Thank you for your input regarding knife sharpeners in
my previous message. Is there anything wrong with
this sharpener?

-Thanks

Never tried it. I use the lee valley one...and that one works well for
me.

It's not a question of where he grips it!
It's a simple question of weight ratios!

A five ounce bird could not carry a one pound coconut.

Are you suggesting coconuts migrate?

I've owned the electric version for years and my knives are fine. I
sharpen them on it twice yearly, which is the same pattern as when I
took them out to be sharpened. Between times, I use a steel or a
regular whetting stone to hone the blade.
