Default Great Chicken Sauce

Great Chicken Sauce

Melt 4 tbs butter, add 2 tbs flour, blend.

Add 1 can chicken stock. Blend

Add 2 heaping tbs chicken boullion powder, blend.

Pepper to taste.

Found by accident. Very fast to make. Great on any kind of chicken,
potatoes, pasta, etc.

What size can of chicken stock? They vary quite a bit.

For the amount of flour being used, it sounds like a 14-1/2 or 15 ounce
can.
