Follow-up to Gonna Try This... Looks easy and good
Last week, I tried the Spinach, Feta and Tarragon Frittata recipe that
Sheldon posted. It is a _treat_. Good visual presentation, the browned yellow of the eggs bubbling up under the broiler around the white of the feta cheese, and when sliced into, revealing a green spinach core. And when you bite into it, delicious, with the sharp saltiness of the feta contrasting nicely with deep licouriceness of the tarragon. Am serving it for brunch tomorrow.
