I am away from home staying with friends, and I really want to prepare
the Canal Street Oven Roasted Chicken from Molly O'Neill's New York
Cookbook. It's on page 324! No success on google.

Can anyone be a lifesaver and email me the recipe?

1/3 cup light soy sauce
1/4 cup peanut oil
1 Tbs sesame oil
1 Tbs dry sherry
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp finely grated fresh ginger
2 tsps five spice powder
1 chicken

Marinate!

That's all you need and all I feel like typing, and I don't know you
