Default Recipe Software?

I just got mastercook 6.x (christmas present) and am still learning to
use it to it's fullest. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to
name or organize recipes?

For example, I may have several different fudge recipes and I would
like them to all be listed\printer after each other. Otherwise, I may
have to search a hundred or so dessert recipes to find them all
(Grandmas' fudge, Marshmellow cream fudge, See's fudge, skaar's fudge,
millionaire fudge, peanut butter fudge, etc.).

I guess I could create a dessert category, then another catergory for
cakes, pies, fudge, cookies, cinnamon rolls, etc...But then how would
they be arranged in the acutal cookbook?

Just my two cents. I created a cookbook in My Collection entitled My
Candies. If I were wanting all the fudge recipes in order, then I'd list
them as:

Fudge (Grandma's)
Fudge (marshmallow cream)
Fudge (peanut butter)
Fudge (etc.)
Fudge (etc.) - and so forth

Set up that way, they'd all be together and - hopefully - Master Cook will
show them alphabetically.
