Gourmet magazine has a special London issue this month with the above
theme. I'm trying to resist buying food magazines but what caught my
eye and prompted me to buy it was the cover photo of four chefs
crossing Abbey Road (the power of nostalagia!). It looks like a good
issue. If anyone is fortunate enough to be traveling to London in the
near future, I'm sure this would be a good reference.

Thanks for the heads up, Sue. The DH and I travel over there about
once a year - were in London over Thanksgiving. I'll definitely run
out and get a copy. I took both Gourmet and Bon Appetit for years
until, it seemed to me, that they were just tweaking recipes they'd
already published. It wasn't worth it for the occasional "new" recipe
or tip, but this could be fun.
