Default 4 lbs of rolled oats aka oatmeal

I have 4 lbs of rolled oats, very good organic rolled oats, that my ex
so graciously left at my apartment when he moved out. I like oatmeal,
but not enough that I'm going to go through 4 lbs anytime soon. I also
like oatmeal cookies, but not 4 lbs worth of oatmeal cookes. Does
anyone have any ideas/recipes as to what I can do with 4 lbs of
oatmeal?? And how should I store my 4 lbs of oatmeal?
Thanks
Moriah
