Make sure you cut the butter and chill (even freeze it) well before you put
it in the flattened chicken breasts with the garlic and parsley. And roll
the flattented breasts up completely before dredging in the egg wash and
crumbs. You may need to use toothpicks or kitchen string; you don't want
the butter leaking out when you brown the chicken. Thanks for the reminder;
I haven't made this in a long time and it's yummy!
