I'll be making chicken 'n rice for my wife's office party. Be lots of
other stuff there, but I'm trying to figure how much rice per serving. I'm thinking 1/2 to 3/4 cooked rice per person. Input??? Also, I usually use 1 3/4 cup fluid per cup of rice (Jasmine) and it works great. Can I just multiply by "x", or do I need to make adjustments to the fluid/rice ratio? Thanks in advance.
