I got a 23lb turkey this year (unexpected company, don't ask). First thing
Monday morning I transfered it from freezer to fridge, my basement fridge. Tonight I decided to visit down there to see how it's doing, still pretty much hard as a rock, I palpated only a few sorta soft spots by the nipples... will it be thawed by Thursday morning... I'm getting worried I shoulda given it another day.
