Default Thuringian Sausage (Thüringer Bratwurst)

In about 45 minutes into the german language crime film 'Der Fall Geisterbahn' (1972), they talk about 'Thüringer Bratwurst' which sounds like Thuringian sausage. I googled it on the 'images' setting.
Looks pretty good!
