You will do absolutely nothing with it just like you did nothing with
your candy site. No one gives a rip about some stupid garage band from
your teen years.

He has another domain he's done even less with than the candy site.

It's too bad you can't stream music off of a .NET domain (at least
not as it's primary purpose). GoDaddy (or whoever your hosting
provider is) will shut you down if more than 10% of your traffic is
audio. Same with the .us and .org domains. Didn't you read the
restrictions first? Of course not.

You should have gotten cheepeffects.music. But you have to "know
somebody" to get accredited for a domain there. And I just so
happen to be able to help you out with that. For $250.

Hey, at least only you only registered it for 2 years instead of 5
this time. That's 12 years worth of domains and 7 years worth
hosting that you've done nothing with. You've earned a Honorary
Masters Degree in Nothingness.

How much traffic do you think a punk band that already wasn't
successful in the 80s, will generate in the 2020s?

Congrats. You could also check out the domains cheepefx.com and cheep-efx.com. The most important part about any website has always been content. My website was all about content and understanding your target audience. People wanting information about hearing aids are a lot easier to write for than people interested in a old timey music genre. Good luck!

For what purpose? Don't you think you should saving money, like put
some in the bank? This is all money down the drain.

Hey John, serious question to others as you and I could both use this
information.

Folks, I know social security is based on how much you paid in, but how
much difference does it make on what you put in during the last, say,
10 years before you draw? The estimates I get now are based on me
maintaining my current social security payments and that may go up
while John's may drop back down (or may not, hope for him they do not).

I'm not really sure.

You need at least 40 quarters of work to qualify for benefits. The
amount paid is based on you highest wages for 35 years.

If John's wages go down he is OK if he has other years of higher wages.
If your wages go up you will get more.

The most you can collect is $3895 but the average is only $1500.

Given John's education his earnings should have been more and his
monthly income could be well over $2000 a month. He has 5+ years to go
and a real nursing job could double his earnings and boost his SS
payments.

THanks Ed. Loaded up a FERS (retirement for GS) calculator. I may
stay same pay (have a job with that) or may get an offer shortly for
one that has raises. Ran both sets with different number of years.
Looks good. The rest is on me for TSP caps to find out.

I have other savings and other income (Military retirement, IRAs, CDs,
other TSPs) and more SOCSEC than they can see in that calculator.

Nope. kuth isn't even omniscient. He will go on babbling the same
insane shit whether anyone acknowledges or not.

It is not possible to validate, nor invalidate a mushroom, nor the
cow patty it grew on. It is simply a fungus growing on a piece of
cow shit.
