Default O. T. - - - Ping Bruce, Koen DeBouw (Professor T) Movie - - - O. T.

Remember we were discussing this series a few months ago? Have you
seen the 2019 movie he starred in entitled "Torpedo: U-235"? Rotten
Tomatoes only gave it 2 stars out of 5 while Amazon gives it 4 stars out
of 5.

If you like action/adventure you might want to give it a shot. But he's
certainly not compulsive/obsessive Professor T in this vehicle.

I've seen part of it. It was so much like a 60s American movie, that I
stopped halfway. If I remember correctly, that 60s look was
intentional. Also, the music was deliberately dated and very
orchestral.

I think Koen De Bouw's a good actor. They use him a lot, though. He's
in everything.

Oh dear, the music must not have impressed me much as I really don't
remember it. I do remember they had the record player on the submarine,
though.

I do miss "Professor T."

Dutch TV series that my local PBS station picked up. It was quite
good and wish it had been a longer series.

It's Belgian, actually, but Dutch spoken. Half the Belgians speak
Dutch, the other half French.

I don't like the originals much, so why would I watch an imitation?

That's a good point. I don't have any problem with 60's originals myself. It was a high point in European cinema.
