Saturday Night supper

We are creatures of habit when it comes to Saturday night suppers. For a
long time it was Buffalo wings. Then it was hamburgers. Lately it has
been low sodium vegetarian pizza. We are taking a break from that. We
had a chub of ground lamb so I used that to make a shepherds pie. I
stuck pretty close to the classic ingredients but with one exception.
All our potatoes were on the small side and I didn't want to peel a
whack of them, so I peeled a few of the larger ones threw in a sweet
potato.

I had a taste of the filling and a taste of the mashed potato mixture
and I have to say I am impressed. The finished product should be delicious.
