Default Now bordering on famine, I had to eat....

.... vegetables! <gasp>

Some sort of choy, napa cabbage, bean sprouts, carrot, jalapeno,
garlic, onion, shallot, oyster sauce, chicken stock, Loganma Chili
Crisp, chicken stock.

https://i.postimg.cc/Hxv7T6vh/Vegetable-Stir-Fry.jpg

It was unfulfilling. Afterwards I had to go door-to-door begging for
bologna.

That must have been like Dracula having a tofu burger for dinner.

that's exactly what I would prefer to eat -- little meat, lots of
vegetables. It looks really good.

Getting to be more and more like that as time goes by. I have often
wondered if it is part of physical changes in the tasting mechanisms,
or something else.

I find big meat meals too heavy these days. I prefer not to feel so
filled up, and though one can stuff oneself with just about anything,
doing so with meat is no longer any sort of pleasure..

My farts were horrendous after eating that. I don't know how the
vegetarians can live with that stench! Or maybe they just notice it
anymore.

That is one of the down sides of the semi vegetarian diet that I have
been following for almost 6y months. A number of the dishes heavy in
legume, tasty as they are, leave me with uncontrollable gas.

Tempeh solves that.

I don't know if you'd find this comforting or not. But Adolph Hitler was a
vegetarian and he suffered continuously from an abundance of abdominal
gas.

Who here knows? Eating only roughage and never meat again may make the gas go away for good.

Besides, Hitler wasn't exactly your average guy when it comes to gas.

Looks good but you added too much chicken stock. See your ingredient
list above.

I little too juicy, but easy to thicken with rice, noodles,
and a bit of corn starch.
