Uh huh. Yes, you paid them. LATE. Ergo, you don't "always" pay your
taxes. Kind of stupid of you to let the income tax debt pile up. Late
payment interest charges. The IRS is not at all kind about that sort of
thing. You likely screwed yourself out of more money by incurring
interest charges and fees. Oops!
