It was 'your choice' because you weren't working, no income coming in
from your boarding and the best way to save on groceries is to cut out the
meat. It's one of the most expensive items when grocery shopping. But
the moment someone waves a plate of meat under your nose you jump
on it like stink on shit. Then use the excuse "I didn't want to be rude and
refuse it."
