In my opinion:
Ranked too high: Lebanese, American
Ranked too low: Chinese, Korean, Thai

It doesn't matter what those people think.

I love that Post-it/DYMO graphic. It gives the appearance of a grade-school project.
Last night I had a cat vomit meal. I don't even know what the heck was in it.

The day before, I had parasite noodles. Great noodles, in spite of the name.

The day before that it was cat vomit again.

Since I can't taste or smell it, I'm forced to guess that it's some sort of
Asian-fusion burrito. Looks great.

Poke nachos? I'd give it a try.

I don't care how other people rank various cuisines.

LOL! The first one is an over filled sort of flatbread trying to
pretend it is a taco. Insides seem to indicate middle eastern.

The last one is a fusion recipe to crisp fried wonton, rough cut tuna
sashimi, and i suspect a horseradish and mayo sauce with the obvious
green onion and Avocado and onion bit.

It's probably a mole chicken taco. That's a flour tortilla. It might look like flatbread because they fry cheese and then lay the tortilla on top of the fried cheese. They make quesadillas and sincronizadas the same way. These guys are hardcore Mexican and not into fusion. At least, I didn't see any poke tacos on the menu.

Heaven forbid you should dare request clarification and context from
