There will be four of us here on Christmas morning and it may be a bit
busy so I made breakfast today. Take a package of Hawaiian rolls and slice the tops off, set aside. Put the bottoms in an appropriate sized pan Layer of cooked bacon Layer of ham Layer of shredded cheese. I used a sharp cheddar Layer of cooked spinach Pour 6 beaten eggs over top of it Put the roll tops back on Optional, brush the tops with butter and sprinkle on coarse salt, or sesame seeds, poppy seeds. Put in oven 350 for about 30 minutes. https://i.postimg.cc/wTgdLkK2/Brkftslider01.jpg https://i.postimg.cc/hjTH7XpN/Brkftslider02.jpg They can be reheated easily in the microwave. |
