We have license plate scanners here as well. But it doesn't inform the police if
you have a gun in your car. All it tells them if you have a suspended license or
outstanding warrants.

If that's a true story, you must be a very short fellow who can barely
see over the dashboard. lol

I worked for awhile with a short fellow. Whenever he drove the larger
company van, he would sit on a folded up 12x15 drop cloth so he could
see better over the dash. It raised him up about 3-4 inches.

seasonings (not a blend). Still needs a little "something" though.

Depending on what you are used to, that 'missing bit' may be a touch of
aniseseed. We tend more to Cumin but the aniseseed is different but
also good.

As I recall, it was some butter spread on the crust with topped with brown sugar, walnuts, chocolate bits, and marshmallows. Of course, it was totally edible.

I had a great pizza for lunch today at Pieology Pizzeria. The deal is that you get to choose whatever topping you want and they'll bake it for you for a flat charge. I just let my daughter pick the toppings and it was totally awesome.

I quit going to Pizza Hut when the last time I went in they required a phone number to place an order. Not an over the phone or delivery order, they require a phone number when you're standing in front of them with cash money in your hand. The girl at the counter refused to take an order without a phone number. Yeah I could give them a made up number or the time and weather number but I'm not going to jump through corporate hoops. That's the first time any eatery has made that requirement. There are endless places to get pizza.

These days, eateries want your name and address and phone number in the event that they have to do contact tracing due to the pandemic. i suppose your could do all your business through a third party proxy. My guess is that it's going to take at least 6 months for this most dangerous year to be over. Plan accordingly.

have not all re-written their POS software to capture customer phone
numbers, and in many states its illegal to ack for a phone number

nah, it was an actual part of dining in some places when
they had dine-in service. they were required to take down
name and phone number so that if there was an issue the
people could be contacted again.

not BS. my sister works for a few places and that was
what they had to do if they had dine-in service.
