Default Experimenting with chicken vindaloo

So, I went to Penzeys.com. I looked at what was in their vindaloo seasoning.

We didn't have any turmeric, and I left out the clove because I don't like cloves. I didn't use jalapeno, but plenty of cayenne. I used regular Colman's mustard powder, and added a little white pepper. I also used a little corn starch and went easy on the vinegar. I used rice vinegar. The meat was chicken breast tenders. I think it turned out well.

I'll make some Basmati white rice to go with it.
