With a pesto-romano cream sauce, motz, provolone, and
anchovy-stuffed olives. Like most of these holidays, I didn't know about this one until 3-4 hours ago when I read my "restaurant email". https://i.postimg.cc/ZK7Ycf92/Nation...ench-Bread.jpg -sw |

Ripe olives on pizza are great, especially Greek/Turkish ones. Green olives on pizza is wrong. --Bryan |

On pizza sliced pimento stuffed green olives matter... and anchovy... without anchovy pizza is worthless. Tonight's dinner was Italian saw-seege with lots of homegrown green peppers, and homemade tomato sauce... exceptionally good and plenty for tomorrow... may add pasta. And still got a load of green peppers in the fridge, saved the big ones, may stuff them. |
