Default Knackered after a baking session

We are having a socially distanced celebration of my granddaughter's
birthday tomorrow when she turns 18. (Gawd! where has the time gone?)
They like my baking so I made:
2 dozen chocolate cupcakes using a King Arthur Flour recipe (a
keeper!)
~70 vanilla sablés (Dorie Greenspan recipe)
20 tangzhong hamburger buns
32 cookies that will be turned into 16 alfajores tomorrow (with dulce
di lecce)
3 dozen chocolate chip cookies, a less sweet than usual recipe.
The surplus eggwhites have been turned into meringues that should dry
out overnight.
I am quaffing a modestly priced, Argentinian red wine to relax.
Perhaps I should have opened a more expensive one but the buzz is more
important:-)
