Default First dinner of 2020

Maybe the best part was that I hardly had to lift a finger. We had a
stuffed pork tenderloin, My job was to trim off the silverskin,
butterfly it and pound it out. My wife looked after stuffing it and we
had it with baked potato, peas and salad. It was a nice way to start
off the new year.
