Ping: Boron- baking book
I wish I was younger and still baking like I used to. There's a book out that is very tempting "Crusts" The Ultimate Baker's Book by Barbara Elisi Caracciolo The photos alone would be a spur to baking. Maybe you've already seen it and have it.  I saw it in the current Costco magazine and had to look it up on Amazon. My shelf of bread books is already sagging in the middle. I don't know if I can justify having it just for bedtime reading?
